Help me choose what to buy at MAC cosmetics?!?

you can mix and match these options to which fits me better or choose an option.
Option 1
MSF natural $31 Mac 182 $55
Select coverup concealer $20 Laura Mercier Hydrating Primer $30

Option 2

eco tools kabuki/brush sets (range from $10-18)
Too Faced Primer (recommend any other primers?)

How much tax is included when you buy one thing from mac?about how much?You can mix and match each group to make the perfect one to fit my needs.I definitely need concealer,powder,brushes

I’ll see if I can help! I have a lot of the products you mentioned. I love the MSF Natural. I apply it after my foundation. You don’t need half of the things listed though.

-You do need an eye primer, it helps the shadow adhere and last longer and more vibrant. I use UDPP, but I heard L’Oreal Decrease works just as well for half the price! So that’s always good!!

- You need a face primer too. Some people skip that part as it is not a necessity but more of an option. I use it though since it works for me. -You need a good moisturizer but only you will know what skin type you have. You can use any really. I use Curel or any good lotion…no need to spend big bucks on a moisturizer. But I did spend a lot of $$ on Decleor. face moisturizer but like I said any will do.

-I love the 217 brush by MAC, but there are other alternatives like the Sigma SS217 which is a dupe, there are also a lot of similar brushes at your local drugstore like CVS/Target/Walgreens…brands like Sonia Kashuk, EcoTools, etc…

-As a concealer I use the MAC Studio Finish SPF 35 concealer. It works well, but I found that my drug store brand concealer works just as great and again for half the cost, so I pretty much alternate between the two.

-You do not need a 55 dollar brush. I bought a Bare Escentuals brush for like 30 I think and it works the same as the MAC 182 Buffer Brush. But any kabuki brush will work as long as the hair is full/dense/packed.

As for how much tax is included it depends on your state. I think like $2-3 was added to my order online, I forget!
