Can my aunt take mineral make up powder from the US?
I’m ordering a lot of raw make up powders to make up my own eye shadows and foundation from an American company. I can ship it to my aunt who lives in the US for free and she could bring it to the UK for me in her luggage when she visits. This would be cheaper as I don’t have to have it sent over via post.
My question is if she can do this without being held up at customs as there’s white powders too. The powders all come in zip lock bags and have labels on them stating the ingredients. She will also have the invoice. Does she need additional papers?
Can she bring them for me or would it be safer and easier to send them via post?
safer by post shipper will take care of out bound logistics and customs clearances, on your end there will be customs to clear for imported chemicals plus import duties ,less head ache for your Aunt as she may be temporarily detained until powders are verified as non explosive.
