Foot Orthodics Size
Foot orthodics?
I had custom foot orthodics made for me about a year ago. I have started running alot now, but my shoe size has increased by 1. can i still use the old orthodics? and if i can, how long should i wear them per day as i get back into the cycle of wearing them?
How much has your foot grown? if it is a half size it should not matter.
If it is a full size then take the orthodics back to have new inner soles glued to the base.
You will need to get used to using them and the doctor should tell you how to do it. Normally you will wear them for a specific time per day, increasing the time each day. You start with 1 hour, then 1 hours,and so on.
