Best eyeliner that doesnt wear off or smudge?

So i’ve tried the cheap wet n’wild pencil then moved up to revlon colorstay pencil, almay, and maybelline. All these wear off and smudge into the crease on the outer edge of my eye which looks funny. I’ve also tried the liquid liner but this does not look right when i line the bottom of my eye. So I currently use this for the top and revlon pencil for the bottom (which i have to reapply several times a day). I prefer pencil for the bottom look. But this is a hassle to be using 2 different eyeliners. Plus i think imy eyes could look better. I want an eyeliner that stays on all day and is easy to use and leaves a thick line on my bottom lashes (which i’m beginning to think is impossible to find). Also, lately i’ve been watching a lot of “what not to wear” and the make-up artist always uses eyeshadow to line the eyes. I’ve tried this but i guess i’m using the wrong brush/eye shadow. So any suggestions on lining my eyes with eyeshadow or new types of liner would be nice. thanks

I wear eyeliner everyday, and my favorite is by Avon. It doesnt wear off, and the water proof stuff is great.

I guess the big part of how well Eyeliner works and looks is how you apply it. Some stuff that I find goes on really lightly, an dlooks like a dull black/grey, i found that by holding it in your hand and warming it up a little helps it go on smoother and darker.
