Curling Curl Eyelashes
Can curling your eyelashes permanently damage them?
I curl my eyelashes almost everyday and I change the rubber pad on the curler at least twice a year or when needed. I noticed, after changing it once, that my eyelashes had collected into a slit on the pad due to all the compressing. It looked like it collected one eye’s worth of eyelashes! Now i feel that my eyelashes are looking scarcer than ever. I’m afraid that I’ll lose them all over the long run. Should I be worried?
I doubt that curling your eyelashes is going to damage them, just make sure that you aren’t getting it to close the the eye, and don’t tug or pull the on curler. It soundsl ike maybe your are pulling out your eyelashes, which shouldn’t be happening. You should press very gently on the curler to curl your eyelashes. This should help prevent pulling them out.
