Need help with Accu-chek Aviva meter (switching from Prestige IQ). Can anyone help?

I just switched from a Prestige IQ meter to an Accu-Chek Aviva meter and my doctor requested that I use both for a week to ensure testing results were similar. I am finding that I have sometimes up to a 30 point difference between both meters, even from the same blood from the same finger. Can anyone tell me why?

i havent used the prestige one you are talking about but i have accucheck aviva and it works really well for me! but thats weird that it would give you different readings although it will sometimes even do that on one meter and it will give you messed up readings. crazzzy!!!
