What would you expect the pay rate to be for a Freelance Professional Makeup Artist selling & demo-ing high-end cosmetics??

I am a Makeup Artist in Australia, where are you located?
If you are in Australia and are looking for a freelance makeup artist, you could pay anywhere from $50 to more than $100 per hour. Some of the top end Makeup artists can get several hundred to $1000 per hour for large jobs.
I am located in Mount Gambier, South Australia and I charge $55 per hour whereas 10 years ago I was freelancing in Sydney and got paid $60 – $80 per hour for some jobs…..
I know my reply is pretty vague but if you let me know where you are located I can get back to you about a clearer indication of cost.
