plantar fascitis, what next?
Have had pf for 8 months now had 2 days without pain.. Went to doc they gave me a steroid shot and oral steroids which did nothing for my pain but I could walk at least. Been doing the stretches, ice, heat, got some nice arch support insoles for my shoes etc etc etc.. My foot still hurts like hell but I can walk when i wake up? Doc wont give me no more vicodin or steroids but I have to wait 2 weeks before I can go in a see the doc again. So I am at a loss, lol. Have to be on my feet 9-10 hours at work then run around with my kids so getting off my foot is not a option. Motrin and aleve all that does not help my pain took 15 motrin every day for a week blah blah blah I really dont want to kill my liver or anything.. Should I just man up and forget the docs and deal with the pain and let it go away? Anybody have any tricks or anything that helped them? Whats the next step in treatment I should go for?
